A Fellow of the Philippine Neurological Association (FPNA) is a physician that has undergone rigorous and extensive training in either Adult Neurology or Pediatric Neurology in an Accredited Residency / Fellowship Training Program.
He or she has also passed both the written and oral Adult or Pediatric Neurology Examination conducted by the Philippine Neurological Association - Adult and/or Child Neurology Specialty Board. ​​

As of 2025, there are twenty-one (21) accredited Adult Neurology Training Institutions and three (3) accredited Pediatric Neurology Training Institutions across the archipelago.
